Holy Disciples Catholic School
Two Campuses. One Community. Bright Futures Begin Here.
At Holy Disciples Catholic School, two campuses come together as one welcoming school family. Our Elementary and Middle School campuses blend faith, academic excellence, and community, helping students build strong foundations and grow into confident, compassionate young people.
We are proud to celebrate our graduates as they take their next steps at Westover, Canterbury, St. Paul High School, Holy Cross High School, W.F. Kaynor Technical High School, Career Academy, Cheshire Academy, Watertown High School, The Frederick Gunn School, and Fairfield College Preparatory School.
